Welcome to Ponte Vedra Beach & The Jacksonville Beaches

Luxurious communities with a laid-back atmosphere, fine dining, and top schools

Located on the Atlantic coast southeast of Jacksonville is Ponte Vedra Beach, the home of the PGA Tour and a luxurious community that is the best known of the four Jacksonville Beaches (the others being Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach, and Jacksonville Beach).

In Ponte Vedra Beach, Ponte Vedra Boulevard along the ocean has always been a premier Florida address, and Roscoe Boulevard along the Intracoastal Waterway is catching up fast.  In between are a number of mostly gated communities with homes in the seven figures, including Marsh Landing, the Plantation, the Sawgrass Country Club, and the Sawgrass Players Club.  There are also nice but somewhat less expensive communities such as Seaside and Odom’s Mill, and affordable communities like Summer House.

The other Jacksonville Beaches each have their own character. Jacksonville Beach, Florida real estate is distinct from one neighborhood to another.  In Atlantic Beach and Neptune Beach, you can find charming single-family home neighborhoods, as high-rise condos are prohibited. In western Jacksonville Beach these neighborhoods also exist, although the eastern oceanfront is mainly the preserve of luxury high-rise condos including legendary buildings like Acquilus, Costa Verano, and Marbella.
