In this phase, we create the home’s narrative, showcase its value, attract and qualify potential buyers/investors, show the property, monitor interest, provide updates and communication, and respond to developments during the listing.
We analyze the pros and cons of each offer, qualify the buyers, and negotiate to optimize price and terms. We consider all factors including price, closing date, terms and conditions, and whether the deal lets you move on your own timeframe.
Upon reviewing all offers, you accept the best one. Following acceptance, we execute the agreement and meet deadlines to fulfill all conditions.
In preparation for closing, we work with you and the title agent or attorney to make sure all the boxes have been checked and the closing will be seamless. Once confirmation of the funds transfer is received, you hand over your keys, and we celebrate a successful transaction.
