Considering my low credit score, it was difficult for me to find a lender who would be willing to provide me with a mortgage. I was impressed by Mr. Ahn's persistence to find a lender by making numerous phone calls until we were able to eventually find one that approved my mortgage on good terms. Woodrow was very active and professional throughout the home search process. He did not make me feel overwhelmed but at the same time he alerted me when a home price was reduced and we were finally able to find one that I like. He is punctual in terms of appointments. He also helped me with negotiating and closing the deal. Considering my limited knowledge in the Real Estate field, Woodrow took the time to explain things one step at a time. More importantly, I was able to trust him which I believe is extremely important. I definitely look forward to working with Mr. Ahn again in the near future.
